Lavender

Chamomile

However, if you’re looking to clear up your sinuses and feel completely refreshed you can totally turn to eucalyptus oil. If you’re familiar with most chest rubs and cold medicine inhalers, they usually have a base of eucalyptus. Eucalyptus is one of the best oils to cleanse your sinuses and help you clear up any congestion you might be feeling.
Ylang Ylang
This oil has a variety of benefits, including helping to reduce depression and anxiety, boosting your energy and even helping to improve your skin. This can be another one that works exceptionally well when blended with other oils such as jasmine or lavender.
Jasmine
Speaking of jasmine, this is another aromatherapy oil that can be calming and relaxing, as well as uplifting. It can help to soothe anxiety and depression, and it smells amazing. Much like chamomile, many people prefer to drink jasmine in the form of a tea, but the oil can also be a great alternative if you aren’t in the mood to have a cup. You can also drop some jasmine oil in your baths for another use.
Bergamot
Bergamot is an earthy and natural scent that many people absolutely love, and it can go extremely well alongside other oils in order to create a great aromatherapy experience. Peppermint
Peppermint makes many people think of the holiday season or the wintertime in general, and you might be spot on with that one. It is a cheerful oil that can help improve focus and attention, as well as helping you feel more awake and energized. Many people chew mint gum or have mints before taking a test or working on a big project, and that’s part of the reason why.
