Which Season Eight Couples Are Still Together?

Is love truly blind?

The famous question posed every year was hardly proven true last time around. The 14-episode season started on shaky ground with David Bettenberg asking women, “Why are you here? What’s wrong with you?” Tension only built from there. Relationships formed, people broke each other’s hearts and five couples got engaged. But did they stay together?

Taylor and Daniel: Still Married

Taylor and Daniel Hastings stand together on their weddin gday against a backdrop of greenery and white candles. She wears her white wedding dress and holds her white bouquet. He wears a black suit with a white flower and black bowtie.

Taylor and Daniel Hastings are still posting about each other on Instagram after appearing in the season eight reunion episode together. They’ve bought a house, adopted a puppy and keep up with former “Love Is Blind” friends. If you scroll through their Instagram while watching a new Netflix show, you’ll see plenty of faces you might recognize.

Joey and Monica: Not Together

Joey Leveille and Monica Danús instantly connected, but it was more of a friendship than anything. Monica ended things at the altar due to a lack of shared physical chemistry. Their Instagram accounts show them living their best individual lives.

Ben and Sara: Gone Their Separate Ways

Sara Carton and Ben Mezzenga knew their relationship had promise, even though it was rocky from the start. Sara’s family thought she’d say yes, but she said no at the altar. Differing values were a dealbreaker, no matter how much they discussed everything.

Devin and Virginia: Not Even Friends

Devin Buckley and Virginia Miller got engaged in the pods after a whirlwind love triangle experience. When Devin struggled to tell Virginia about some of his core values, she felt left at a distance. They couldn’t have the essential conversations needed to solidify their relationship. Ultimately, she said no at the altar to avoid a marriage that felt equally one-sided.

Lauren and David: Likely Not Speaking

Lauren O'Brien and David Bettenburg from "Love Is Blind" season eight stand against a purple background in individual headshot photos. She wears a brown dress and gold necklace. He wears a blue suit and light pink shirt.

Lauren O’Brien and David Bettenburg also faced some drama in the pods when David wasn’t straightforward about his feelings toward Lauren and Molly Rose. After Lauren and David got engaged, anxiety and a dash of peer pressure made David take an emotional step back. They never walked down the aisle, but Lauren and Molly did become good friends.

Which “Love Is Blind” Couples Are Still Together From Other Seasons?

Revisit some fan-favorite cast members before the season nine reunion episode — they might make an appearance after years of being off-screen.

Season One: Lauren Speed-Hamilton and Cameron Hamilton (Of Course)

Let’s start with season one royalty: Lauren and Cameron are still going strong after six years of marriage. Their on and off-screen chemistry makes them the definition of soulmates. And after four years of trying for a baby, they announced their pregnancy in May!

Season One: Amber and Matt Barnett

Matt and Amber Barnett are still married and just became first-time parents! They’re still traveling and goofing off together, just on their baby daughter’s schedule now.

Season Three: Alexa and Brennon Lemieux

Alexa and Brennon Lemieux are still married and finally living the life of their dreams as parents. During the season six reunion, they mentioned facing fertility struggles together. Now, they’re proud parents of a baby girl.

Season Four: Zack and Bliss Goytowski

Zack and Bliss Goytowski had one of the most unique love stories in any “Love Is Blind” season. After breaking up in the pods, Zack got engaged to Irina, but they quickly realized they had no connection. He left the show to reconnect with Bliss, who took him back after thinking it over. They’re now raising their daughter and hosting a podcast together.

Season Four: Chelsea and Kwame Appiah

When Chelsea and Kwame Appiah got engaged, they lived very different lives. Figuring out how to merge the two was tricky, as Chelsea noted during the Season four reunion episode. They’re still married, though, and making fast friends with other couples from the most recent seasons. (Don’t worry, Chelsea is still in love with all things pink, too!)

Season Four: Brett and Tiffany Brown

Brett and Tiffany Brown were one of the sweetest, most rock-solid couples on any “Love Is Blind” season. They worried about how to merge their bi-coastal lives, but stopped by the season six reunion to say they’re doing great. They recently traveled to Japan and bought a house in Portland.

Season Seven: Taylor Krause and Garrett Josemans

You might remember Taylor Krause and Garrett Josemans as the couple who connected over science tattoos (she had the hydrogen symbol and he had the Heisenberg principle). Since getting married, they’ve been globetrotting and visiting family. They also moved back to D.C., where they met on the show.

When Does “Love Is Blind” Season Nine Premiere?

“Love Is Blind” will return for season nine sometime in October, but the exact date isn’t official yet. Fans know the show was casting its next couples in Denver, so all the drama is about to go down in Colorado.

Season 10 is likely to take place in Boston, so don’t worry about any potential cancellations. A reporter spotted a “Love Is Blind” cameraman shooting B-roll downtown and inside the New England Aquarium.
